Linh Lawler is the Director of Customer Experience for Allstate Insurance Company’s Claims department. She focuses on the people side of the business, helping ensure that Allstate delivers the Good Hands promise. Linh sets the strategic direction for customer experience design and measurement to ensure Allstate is delivering an effortless claims experience. She works closely with agencies, employees, leaders and technology to meet the evolving expectations of consumers and the company’s strategic goals. Linh has extensive experience leading talent development, performance management, go-to-market strategies and transformational change. She has close to 20 years of human resources and business leadership expertise in health care, banking and insurance. Linh’s success comes from building strong partnerships across the enterprise to co-create integrated and sustainable solutions that drive business results.
