Ngoc Le (she/her) is the Community Support Lead at the Vietnamese Association of Illinois. She has a Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration at the Open University in Sai Gon. Prior to joining VAI, she worked in the fashion industry as a After Sales Services Manager for the leading luxury retail specialist and brand builder Duy Anh Fashion & Cosmetics Ltd, Viet Nam. She has more than 8 years of extensive experience in customer services, user support, marketing, and sales. She moved to the USA with her family in 2015 and raised her children to speak Vietnamese fluently.  Through this position at VAI, she would like to contribute her knowledge and skills to make a positive contribution to the organization and to serve the community.
