Acie Juco Roxas (they/them) is the Youth Program Manager at the Vietnamese Association of Illinois.They are responsible for supporting, planning, and coordinating VAI’s after school and summer youth program. With their 5-year background in community organizing, they aim to create a safe and healthy space for young people to develop deep relationships with themself and each other in order to establish a foundation for community building towards their future. When they’re not working with the youth program, they enjoy painting, spending time with their dog and 3 cats, writing music on their guitar, and reading.
