Phuong Tran (she/her) is a Case Manager of Community Care Program at the Vietnamese Association of Illinois.

She finished her bachelor degree of Education at Can Tho University in South Vietnam. She had been working for Community College and Public Health Department in Bac Lieu before she came to Chicago in 2003. For many years she worked as a nail technician and an educator helping people obtain professional licensure to further their careers. She was also a homecare aide for several years, so she understands the daily struggles that caregivers face and is compassionate towards seniors and their needs.
